Kelli Day -Owner
After working for a high producing team at Keller Williams as their full time executive assistant for over 6 years Kelli had the desire to help more agents grow their business. In 2018 she started her own independent Transaction Coordinating company, Elevate TC Services, LLC. Kelli has been a licensed Realtor since 2012 and has closed over 2000 transactions.
Kelli lives in McCall, Idaho with her husband, Tony, daughter, Charlie who was born in 2017 and son, Jackson who was born in 2019. Her husband is a physical therapist in town and they enjoy spending all their extra time outdoors either hiking, mountain biking, skiing or at their local CrossFit gym. They also have two fur-babies, a dog and cat.
Danielle Buchanan-Transaction Coordinator
Danielle was born and raised in Idaho. After graduating from the College of Idaho in 2018 with a degree in history, she worked as a full-time Transaction Coordinator for one of the top producing teams in Idaho before joining the Elevate team in 2021. Over the years Danielle has been the TC for more than 600 transactions.
She loves to spend her free time biking, skiing, travelling, or going to Crossfit.
Melissa Oliver-Transaction Coordinator
With over 12 years of experience in real estate operations and team leadership, Melissa brings a deep understanding of the transaction process and a passion for supporting agents. Before joining Elevate TC Services, she played a key role in operations for a high-performing real estate team, where her team closed over 1,400 transactions.
She enjoys spending her free time reading, baking, and exploring the outdoors with her family.
